Chelle has an awesome CU Product this week. CU Damask. Are you a secret designer? Want to learn more about the latest techniques? She created a new tutorial this week on Pixels vs Vectors and why you’d want to use Adobe Illustrator. We started the 1st of 4 classes on Adobe Illustrator – Patternmaker on Feb 5th. Last week’s class was free and a brush-up for the next 3 sessions. There’s still time to join us.

Have you ever wanted to create your own patterned paper? Do you have a secret desire to design? Join Chelle in this fabulous LIVE class that teaches you how she create patterns in Adobe Illustrator.  We’ll begin with basic patterns and continue through how to create “random” repeating patterns. You’ll learn how to build and re-purpose basic patterns, like polka dots, checks & strips, build seamless patterns, & build “random” repeat patterns. Class registration will include the CU sample products used in the instructional videos so that you can work right alongside Chelle. Classes will be on Tuesdays, 7 pm MST, they’ll be recorded and added to your class video library. A FREE prequel class is on Tuesday, Feb 5th as a refresher course and get you up to speed with CS4 or higher, with subsequent classes on Tuesday, Feb 12th, 19th, & 26th still at 7pm MST. Stamp Masks Playdate | Digital Scrapbooking Inspiration

Happy New Year! I was thinking today how much I spent on stamps for the Christmas cards and photos. It adds up quick. When I looked at what Chelle was releasing this week, it was a stamp mask, so I thought that was funny. Leave it to Chelle to create such a timely digital scrapbooking product. Oh the fun we can have! Using the masks for pictures of kids, or papers to add to your LOs, or breaking up a larger photo. The possibilities are endless.
