I Write the Songs“ by Barry Manilow. I’ve been a ‘fanilow’ since I was in 5th grade.  My teacher would play Copacabana on his record player every day during lunch.  That year all I wanted for Christmas was a Barry Manilow record.  By the time I was in high school, aerobics were super popular.  I can still remember some the aerobics steps to this song which was a popular “cool-down” routine.

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas is Chelle’s release for Scrap Orchard’s Iron Scrapper Week 1. Iron Scrapper Week One includes products based on songs from the 40’s and 50’s that have personal meaning to us. I chose the song “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas“ by Frank Sinatra. My mom is one of 7 sisters. They often sang double trios together, performing throughout the year, but especially at Christmas. I have many fond childhood memories of listening to Christmas songs including this one.

Hello Friends! We are really having some warm days here in Utah. The next week has us over 100 degrees for the next 5 days and 99 degrees the 2 after that. That Farmer’s need the heat for the crops to ripen, but I don’t enjoy that sticky-hot feeling.  It’s a good thing Chelle has me cooling off with Lemonade Stand. What a great kick-off to Summer in the USA. Let me show you.

I have some great new digital scrapbooking products that Chelle released this week, starting with CU Mini Rosettes. Petite little beauties, these colorful flowers are carefully crafted from silky ribbon.  Included in actual color and grayscale for ease in recoloring.  Stack them with other flowers or add your own centers for even more versatility.
